Latest build of sources in Resolute.

This is a final release of xen-4.20.3 (Mar 26, 2026), as of Mar 28, 2026.

There is a threshold value for
meson version of 0.59.3 with qemu-7, while Jammy has 0.61.x, we used 0.64-1 from bookworm.

The build and target platforms are Resolute, ub26.04. The build tools are debhelper and
pbuilder, setup in a Trixie (deb13) xen domU.

The typical build time is 11 minutes.

This URL, http://repo.dynavirt.com/xen/ubuntu/resolute-nmu/4kx-q82/, has the binaries and
./source has the Debian sources: *.dsc, *debian.tar.xz, and the orig tarballs.

After install, I make a trace
setup/xl-info-ub2604.multi

it has a cross section of info about the xen install and dom0.
