This is a release of xen-4.16.2 (Aug 20, 2022), as of Sep 12, 2022.

The qemuu version is v7.0.0 from qemu-xen-staging. There is a threshold value for
meson version of 0.59.3 with qemu-7, while Kinetic has 0.63.x.

The build and target platforms are Kinetic, ub22.10. The build tools are debhelper and
pbuilder, setup in a Focal xen domU.

The typical build time is 9 minutes.

This URL, http://repo.dynavirt.com/xen/ubuntu/kinetic-nmu/4gx/, has the binaries and
./source has the Debian sources: *.dsc, *debian.tar.xz, and the orig tarballs.

After install, I make a trace
setup/xl-info-ub2210.multi

it has a cross section of info about the xen install and dom0.
