New pvgrub2 support in Fedora grub

Fedora provides Xen packages from an upstream tarball, seems forever. They also have grub2,
but this never had Xen pvgrub2 objects, like x86_64-xen and i386-xen_pvh.

The Dynavirt team brings this feature to the latest grub2 from Rawhide. We made
changes to grub2.spec, grub.macros, and added grub_grub.cfg for the pvgrub2 image internals.

Included here is the patchset, grub-add-xen-diff, and the pvgrub2 image
grub config, grub_grub.cfg.

Here are the 2 included pvgrub2 kernels, which are part of the new grub2-xen RPM package.
This new RPM has all the grub modules for both the new Xen objects in case anyone needs to rebuild a pvgrub2 image.
