here is the delta for the case where libxenmisc4.19/libxenfsutl4.19 have
transitioned out of t64.

This is the way I first pictured the 4.19 build, but I have now changed to
stay in transition with these packages.

These 2 libs will still have the transition names:

libxenmisc4.19t64
libxenfsutl4.19t64

further the d/control will have the t64 version for them.
