This is a release version (time64) xen-4.17.3 (Dec 18, 2023), as of Mar 22, 2024.

New is the ng (nextgen) packaging partition scheme, preparing for time64.
A new lib is split out of xen-utils-4.17, called libxenfsutl4.17t64.

New is qemuu version: v7.2.4.

The build and target platforms are Bookworm, deb12. The build tools are debhelper and
pbuilder, setup in a Bookworm xen domU, or docker running in Bullseye.

The typical build time is 11 minutes.

This URL, http://repo.dynavirt.com/xen/debian/bookworm-nmu/4hx-q724/, has the binaries and
./source has the Debian sources: *.dsc, *debian.tar.xz, and the orig tarballs.

After install, I make a trace
setup/xl-info-deb12.multi

it has a cross section of info about the xen install and dom0.
