This is the release version xen-4.15.1, as of Sep 10, 2021.

The build and target platforms are Buster, deb10. The build tools are debhelper and
pbuilder, setup in a Buster xen domU.

The typical build time is 6 minutes.

This URL, http://199.249.188.45/xen/debian/buster-noqemu/4fx/, has the binaries and
./source has the Debian sources: *.dsc, *debian.tar.xz, and the orig tarballs.

After install, I make a trace
setup/xl-info-deb10.multi

it has a cross section of info about the xen install and dom0.

export DEB_BUILD_PROFILES=noqemu
dpkg-buildpackage -nc -F -Pnoqemu

Build depends size cut in half, build time cut in half
