When a new version of Xen is released, like xen-4.17, we need to run the target:

debian/rules debian/control

to rebase the debian delta to the new version. This target uses the 
gencontrol.py script, found in the package below:

linux-support-5.10.0-9_5.10.70-1_all.deb  (5.10.0-9)

above pkg can be used in Debian or Ubuntu. So if your pbuilder host is Focal, you can still
install linux-support* from Bullseye. The package version is defined in debian/rules.defs
