This is the final version xen-4.17.0 (Dec 09, 2022), as of Dec 09, 2022.

The build and target platforms are Bullseye, deb11. The build tools are debhelper and
pbuilder, setup in a Focal xen domU, or docker running in Bullseye.

Version *u1.3* is a multilib & multiarch build, suitable for a cross-compile to arm64.

New is the qemuu version at v7.0.0 from qemu-xen-staging. This requires using the
meson provided by bullseye-backports v0.61.1. Since Bully uses gcc-10 it was necessary to
backport 5 patches from upstream, shown in the changelog. These were applied to a branch of
qemu-xen-staging, before it was archived.

The typical build time is 10 minutes, done with a SandyBridge system.

This URL, http://repo.dynavirt.com/xen/debian/bullseye-nmu/4hx/, has the binaries and
./source has the Debian sources: *.dsc, *debian.tar.xz, and the orig tarballs.

After install, I make a trace
setup/xl-info-deb11.multi

it has a cross section of info about the xen install and dom0.
