This is an final version of xen-4.17.5 (Aug 16, 2024), as of Aug 19, 2024.
What is new is qemuu v7.2.4, from qemu upstream.

The build and target platforms are Bullseye, deb11. The build tools are debhelper and
pbuilder, setup in a Focal xen domU, or docker running in Bullseye.

Version *u1.3* is a multilib & multiarch build, suitable for a cross-compile to arm64.

New is the qemuu version at v7.2.4 from qemu upstream. This requires using the
meson provided by bullseye-backports v1.0.1.

The typical build time is 10 minutes, done with a SandyBridge system.

This URL, http://repo.dynavirt.com/xen/debian/bullseye-nmu/4hx-q72/, has the binaries and
./source has the Debian sources: *.dsc, *debian.tar.xz, and the orig tarballs.

After install, I make a trace
setup/xl-info-deb11.multi

it has a cross section of info about the xen install and dom0.
