Launching the noqemu build for xen-4.15.1 in AL 8.5

 rpmbuild -bs  --with noqemu --without tumeq --nocheck xen4f.spec

you need those 2 macros above.
The SRC tarball is modified by removing tools/qemu-xen*, & extras/.
