Packages
---
This build has its own qemuu/qemut and there is no need to use the
other qemu packages in virtextra from upstream.

There are three (3) repositories involved, all provided here:
https://repo.dynavirt.com/copr9/virtextra/virt-all.repo

the virt-copr9-virtextra repo is disabled by default, enable it for
a full install of xen-4.18*.

qemu* packages in xen-4.18.x are tagged with +ix, currently +i0. The 4.17 tag is
currently +h3.

If you only want to install xen-4.17.3, leave the *virtextra repo disabled, so 
using only 2/3 repos.

Kernel
---
The default kernel in any RH or clone does not support xen dom0/domu.
However, OL9 (OracleLinux) provides the kernel-uek with full xen support.
Anything but OL9, enable the elrepo-kernel repository and install kernel-lt or kernel-ml.
